Functional Assessment

Functional Occupational Therapy Assessment includes an assessment of an individuals ability to complete activities of daily living despite physical (e.g., fracture or spinal cord injury), cognitive (e.g., brain injury or dementia), or affective (e.g., anxiety or depression) health conditions. Occupational Therapy can facilitate a return to home duties, a return to work duties, or both.

Accessibility Planning

Catalyst works with individuals and companies to remove barriers to accessibility. This can be a simple bathroom assessment to determine safety equipment, or residential/commercial assessment to enable access into and out of the space.
